Staff Profiles
Mike Fritzler, Managing Partner
Mike manages the day to day aspects of the company and workflow. He also designs and implements most of the servers in our server farm locally, and designs networks and servers for all of our clients. Having 20 years of experience in the computer industry as manager of FACT Computers, Mike has seen all forms of equipment from the original PC's and Apple Mac Classics to Mainframe systems, AX400 based units and various forms of networking. Mike has training in Microsoft Servers, Novell, Citrix, Apple, Hewlett Packard Printers, Servers and Workstations.
Eric Bernath, Managing Partner
Eric comes back to us after a several year sabbatical at the Provincial Auditors office. Being trained in a wide variety of IT hardware and software, Eric is able to focus on your issues and solve your problems. We welcome Eric into his new role as Partner at FACT Computers, and he will be assisting Mike with all levels of running the business.
Rob Szarkowicz, Service Manager
Rob handles service and related service issues for a vast number of our clients. Pulling from 15 years with FACT and several years before that, Rob has also seen almost every form of technology to date. He specialized in PC and Printer repair, including all forms of software. Rob has training in Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Printers, Servers and Workstations.
Graham Schneider, Apple Service Technician
Graham came to us in 2007 with a few years experience in the IT field, and specializes in Apple systems. He handles almost all our in shop Apple systems, and if you have problems or questions, he'll be the man to talk to. Certified in Apple repairs, Graham can single handedly fix over 15 per day and is amazing at what he can accomplish. We keep Graham as an inside repair person most of the time, and locked in his room. How else could he fix that number of systems each day?
Darcey Sare, Service Technician
Darcey comes to us from Brown Communications, bringing in over 10 years of experience he will be a valuable asset to the team.
Ryan Summers, Service Technician
Ryan joins us in 2010 from CloudRider, specializing in Server and UNIX based software he will be a great addition to the FACT Team
Boyd McLeod, Service Technician
New to us in 2008, Boyd is quickly becoming a valued team player. He is focused on our clients needs, but can also recommend new products when the time arises. His skills are varied and can be found working on everything from servers, Macs to desktop equipment.
Jean Rajakulam, Service Technician
Arriving at FACT from another computer company in 2008, Jean is our inside technical rep. He is proficient in removing viruses and fixing hardware, and even though English is not his first language, Jean can fully help you get back and running in no time.
Richard Little, Bank Service Technician
This is Richard's premiere into the technical aspect of computers and networks, recently graduating from a technical program. He has years of work experience, and figured a change of work was due. He will be assisting in our banking service contracts and network installs. New to us in 2008, we welcome Richard with open arms.
Scott Macdonald, Sales Clerk
Scott joined our team in 2009. He also takes care of the duties of managing the main floor and can constantly be seen getting systems prepped for our customers.
Michelle Fritzler, Part Time Accountant
Even though Mike does the day to day accounting, sometimes it's better if he doesn't do some of the reconciliations. So he calls in his wife to do this for him. Her full time job as the Accounting Manager for a local Advertising Agency, which helps in figuring out Mike's daily accounting methods.
